Our room had everything we needed - a microwave, a fridge, and even coffee/tea makers. The staff was super friendly and checking in was a breeze. Plus, you can't beat the hotel's location right next to Cloth Souq Market! 🛍️

We stayed in this cozy guesthouse located right near the fort, making it convenient to visit all the tourist spots in the old part of town. The spacious rooms were beautifully decorated and provided a traditional Omani feel. The warm welcome and expert advise from the staff made our stay memorable. The breakfast offered was fantastic and we enjoyed chatting with Asmath, who provided great local tips. The property was quiet, clean, and provided an easy self-check-in process.

We did encounter a minor issue of not having a bin in the bathroom.

We got a room with a bathtub. It opened onto mountain. The stuff was incredibly friendly and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a residential area just off the center of Matrah. The room we booked was reasonably large and neat with a traditional decor. Loved the terrace, where we had breakfasts.

The staff is brilliantly friendly as well as hotel's host. It boasts excellent, nice location just next door to the center of Matrah and old fort and coastal line and the old harbour. There's cool Corniche cafe at a medium distance from the property, make desserts etc.

The location in Muttrah was super convenient, allowing for easy access to the Muttrah Corniche and Souk. It was the perfect spot to immerse myself in the charm of old Muscat. The owners were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my happiness and comfort throughout my stay. The breakfast was mind-blowing, offering a wide variety of delicious options that kept me fueled for a morning of exploring. The overall experience provided me with the ultimate Omani experience. With its unbeatable value for money, I would definitely choose to stay here again whenever I visit Muscat.

The location of this place is fantastic as it's not far from the Old Watch Tower, and the proximity to a bus stop is a great bonus. The twin room was lovely, clean, and had an authentic feel, with the added perk of an external private bathroom!

We had a wonderful weekend at a guesthouse in Muscat! The Omani-style bedroom was charming and had a cozy atmosphere. We also loved starting our day with a delicious breakfast on the rooftop patio, enjoying the beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, being close to the main attractions and restaurant strip, while still offering a peaceful and quiet environment.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. the room we booked for three adults only had twin beds, so one of us had to sleep on a mattress on the floor.

The room we stayed in had a kitchenette with a stovetop, which was super convenient for us as we love cooking our own meals. Plus, the seating area gave us a cozy spot to relax after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of soundproofing in the twin room. I like to be able to hear the sounds of the city and feel the vibe of the place.
